Armani Residences Marbella is a private enclave of 33 residences in Nagüeles, on the hillside above the Golden Mile and at the foot of Sierra Blanca. The interiors come from the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio, and the architecture is by HCP Architecture & Engineering, listed in WA100, the ranking of the world's 100 most important architecture firms. The developer, Sierra Blanca Estates, is behind EPIC Marbella by Fendi Casa, Karl Lagerfeld Villas and Design Hills by Dolce&Gabbana.

Nine four-storey buildings will be set across three terraced rows on a 50,000 m² plot, following the natural topography. The volumes are horizontal, built in concrete, stone and glass, with seamless flow between interiors and terraces. Every residence faces north–south for natural light and cross ventilation. Cars stay below ground (116 parking spaces, three separate entrances), leaving the entire surface to pedestrians and gardens.

There are three residence types. Type A: 300–500 m² interior (600–1,300 m² total built), 4–7 bedrooms. Type B: 200–400 m² interior (500–1,400 m² total built), 4–7 bedrooms. Type C: 200–300 m² interior (400–1,000 m² total built), 3–4 bedrooms. Every residence has its own private pool.

The interiors use stone, timber, leather and woven fabrics, chosen to mature gracefully over time. Floor-to-ceiling glazing brings in the Mediterranean light. The Armani/Casa bespoke service lets owners tailor each residence, from furniture to spatial layout, and turn-key delivery is available as an option.

The amenities are shared by just 33 households. The 889 m² spa includes a hydrothermal circuit, hammam, sauna, treatment rooms and an outdoor wellness terrace. Residents also have a communal pool with lounge and gastrobar, indoor and outdoor gyms, a pitch & putt, a meditation area, multi-use terraces and a welcome center.

Nagüeles puts Marbella's best addresses within easy reach. The Marbella Club Hotel is 5 minutes away, Puente Romano Beach Resort 6 minutes, Puerto Banús 8 minutes, and Nobu and Leña by Dani García 6 minutes. The Manolo Santana Racquets Club is 4 minutes away, Swans International School 7 minutes, Aloha Golf Club 12 minutes and Málaga Airport 40 minutes.
