Mayphi Costa del Sol is a Polish real estate agency specialising in the Spanish market. We were founded to make it easier for Poles to fulfil their dream of a home of their own in sunny Andalusia. We provide comprehensive support – from the first conversation to the handover of the keys and care after the purchase.
It began in Poland – with the property market and the conviction that in this industry the way a decision is reached matters as much as the result. The owner of a development company spent years running residential and investment projects, learning to work on the details: the plan, the deadlines, the quality and the responsibility.
The next step was investing in Spain, mainly on the Costa del Sol. That experience gave an 'inside' perspective – knowledge of the local realities, standards, risks and what makes a real difference in a safe purchase.
Today the process is backed by a team that guides the client calmly and step by step – from the first conversation and understanding their needs, through the selection of proposals, to completing the transaction and the steps after the purchase. We combine experience of the Polish market with the practice of investing in Spain, to give clients clarity, a sense of security and real support at every stage.
