Organising the visit to Spain and the viewings

- we arrange the viewing schedule and coordinate the meetings,
- we help with the logistics of organising your stay,
- we pick you up from the airport and stay with you on site the whole time,
- we drive together to view the selected properties – providing transport and Polish-speaking support during every presentation (questions to the developer/seller, analysis of the area, the standard and the potential).
The decision and the formalities
Once you choose a property:
- we support the negotiations and the preparation of the reservation agreement,
- we provide legal services in cooperation with trusted lawyers and notaries,
- we organise translations and explain the documents in plain language,
- we help you obtain an NIE number and open a bank account in Spain (if needed).
Completing the purchase
We look after the key elements:
- we verify the documents and the legal status of the property,
- we support you at the signing of the notarial deed,
- we coordinate the transfer of utilities (electricity, water and others) to the new owner,
- we hand over the keys and close the process in an orderly way.
